Folks, we’re at a pivotal moment in history, and on today’s Brannon Howse Live, I sat down with national security expert David Pyne to cut through the noise and seek the truth about the escalating Israel-Iran conflict. As I told our audience, “We’re on a quest to find out the truth, okay?” With Benjamin Netanyahu declaring Israel can handle Iran alone and President Trump signaling a decision within two weeks, the stakes are sky-high. America must avoid this war, let Israel lead, and brace for global consequences. Here’s what’s unfolding and why it demands our attention.
As a Christian Zionist, I’m crystal clear: I stand with the Jewish people, not every Israeli government policy. “Nowhere in the Bible… says you have to endorse every Israeli government,” I said. Genesis 12’s promise to “bless those who bless you” is about the Jewish nation, not lockstep agreement with every prime minister. “I thought Benjamin Netanyahu was wrong to turn his people over to Pfizer,” I admitted, shocked by his own words on video. Supporting Israel’s biblical right to the land doesn’t mean endorsing every move, just as I don’t back every U.S. policy. “I can support the Jewish people… but say, wait a minute, that doesn’t mean I have to agree with everything the Israeli government does.”
Netanyahu’s bold claim that “Israel has the capability to achieve all its goals alone” is a game-changer. “If Israel wants to do this, go have at it,” I urged. David Pyne agreed, noting, “Let them do it.” Israel’s precision strikes have crippled Iran’s nuclear facilities, and Netanyahu’s assertion they can destroy the Fardo site with ground operatives—“put in the explosives, get out, and detonate”—means they don’t need U.S. bombers. Yet, Pyne revealed a troubling motive: “Netanyahu’s grand plan all along has been to rope the U.S. into a war with Iran.” Why? “The U.S. military is far stronger than the Israeli military.” This push, Pyne suggested, aligns with neocons like General Carilla, who’s retiring soon, and others whispering war in Trump’s ear.
Trump’s mixed signals are alarming. The White House press secretary quoted him saying, “I will make my decision whether or not to go within the next two weeks,” hinting at possible negotiations with Iran. But Pyne pointed out, “Trump is sending mixed signals… demanding unconditional surrender, no negotiations.” From threatening to kill Ayatollah Khomeini to backtracking, Trump’s “flip-flopping” erodes confidence. “He’s a man… he makes mistakes,” I said, rejecting MAGA’s view of him as infallible. Pyne warned, “The ramifications for a U.S… sustained bombing strike on Iran… are huge.” It could trigger “a U.S. economic recession,” split Trump’s base, and hand Democrats a landslide in 2026, risking “Kamala Harris back in the White House.”
The timing is suspect. If Iran’s had nuclear weapons since 2015—as experts like Dr. Peter Vincent Pry and James Woolsey believe—why the urgency now? “Why the hyperventilating to do it now?” I asked. Pyne suggested a trap: “Could it be… a gigantic trap for Donald Trump, the globalists, the neocons?” With Trump pushing to neuter the Federal Reserve, secure borders, and dismantle the deep state, a war could derail his agenda. “You can kiss his presidency goodbye after the midterms,” I warned. Pyne noted Israel timed its strikes to leverage General Carilla, a hawk, before his retirement, fearing a less aggressive successor.
Iran’s response could be catastrophic. Pyne cited Anni Cyrus’s report of a 5.2-magnitude “earthquake” likely being a nuclear test, suggesting Iran might reveal its arsenal with “an above-ground nuclear detonation… over the Persian Gulf.” The IRGC, now reportedly in charge, has “no reservation” about using nukes if threatened. “If… Khomeini… dies through hostile means… they would strike back with some kind of super EMP or massive cyber attack,” Pyne warned. A Fox News report that Trump hasn’t ruled out a tactical nuclear strike is “a very scary prospect.” I-24 News reported a U.S. “doomsday plane” at Joint Base Andrews, which Pyne said indicates a DEFCON 4 alert, a “smart and prudent measure” given the crisis.
China looms large. A National Interest article warned, “Every military asset moved to the Middle East is one that could be used to deter China.” With three U.S. carriers in the Middle East, “that likely leaves only one in the Western Pacific,” Pyne said, giving China “a green light” for a Taiwan invasion. “We can’t engage Iran… and China at the same time,” I noted, citing our depleted assets from Ukraine. Pyne agreed, warning a Taiwan conflict could “be guaranteed to go nuclear or… super EMP level.”
Folks, this is a transformational moment. “We don’t want to stumble or sleepwalk into World War III,” Pyne cautioned. Polls claiming Americans oppose Iran’s nuclear program are propaganda—most don’t know Iran likely had the bomb since 2015. “One poll question… without the full context is not a legitimate poll,” I said. Only 19% of Trump voters support war with Iran. We must pray for Trump’s wisdom, support Israel’s independence, and prepare—spiritually, physically, mentally.
